Welcome to Dinner Plan! (the "App"), operated by Olle Morin enskild firma, a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

Dinner Plan! is a mobile application designed to help households plan dinners, share meal ideas, and organize weekly meal schedules. We strive to keep the App available and functioning smoothly, but we make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or performance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dinner Plan!. If you are under 16 and located within the European Union, you must have parental or guardian consent where required by law. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use Dinner Plan!, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to delete all data related to a household if no member has been active in the app for the past two years. In such cases, we will try to notify the affected users, but we cannot guarantee that the notification will be successful.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not use the App in any unlawful or harmful way.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the meal data, suggestions, and plans you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process this data for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may aggregate or anonymize data for analytical purposes.

7. Service Availability and Liability

We provide Dinner Plan! "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olle Morin enskild firma disclaims any liability for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using Dinner Plan! at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
